Microsoft is currently rolling out this feature in phases, meaning not all users will see it immediately. If you’re using Microsoft Teams, you may soon receive a prompt to configure voice and face enrollment as part of your profile setup.

Prompt: “Join thousands who sound clearer” – encouraging users to create a voice profile for improved meeting experiences.

The feature focuses on voice and face recognition (not privacy settings), and users have full control:
You can enroll or unenroll your profile anytime via the Teams desktop client.
Even if admins later disable the feature, you can choose to stay enrolled or opt out.
Your recognition data is handled securely in accordance with Microsoft’s compliance standards, supporting overall Cloud Security best practices.
